Payment

Shipping

Minty Pig ships worldwide at its discretion. Minty Pig will ship the order within the time specified on the website, unless there is an unexpected delay. Minty Pig is not responsible for any delay in shipment caused by the carrier. Shipping and handling charges are included in the price of the product, unless otherwise specified.

Return Policy

Minty Pig accepts returns of goods within 14 days of receipt of the order. Any items that are bespoke, made to order or in other ways personalised (for the avoidance of doubt this applies to all ready to wear nails), cannot be returned unless faulty. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty

Minty Pig warrants that the vegan-friendly, handmade personalised items it sells will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care.

Limitation of Liability

Minty Pig will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website or the sale of its products, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
